Abby is the creative force behind Aerum Creative, an independent jewellery and creative studio based in a thatched cottage on the borders of Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, UK. Originally from the United States, she draws inspiration from her surroundings, travels and spiritual pursuits, bringing together cultural expression, architecture, language, flora and fauna in her work.

With a longstanding fascination for rocks, metals and jewellery design, Abby began studying the design and making of sterling and fine silver jewellery in 2021. In 2023, she soft-launched her own creative practice, combining traditional silversmithing techniques with an organic and individual approach to craftsmanship.

Working primarily with silver, she creates distinctive, handcrafted jewellery, alongside sketches and written explorations of her inspirations and creative process. Her work reflects a belief in creativity as an expression of something deeply personal, celebrating the beauty of making and the individuality of handmade objects.

Each piece is individually fabricated rather than mass-produced, embracing the subtle variations and imperfections that make every creation unique.
